She was a member of the Friends of Art of The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art the Children's Relief Association the Daughters of the American Revolution and the National Society of Colonial Dames. She was a sustaining member of the Kansas City, Mo., Junior League, served on the board of the Nettleton Home and was a volunteer for the Crippled Children's Nursery School, the United Way, St. Sutton was a member and former president of the Wellesley Club in Kansas City.
